DRAFT - needs Gem's review

This is placeholder legal text for the Elevate enquiry and checkout pages. It is not the finished policy. Do not treat it as legal advice, and replace it before the pages go live.

Who we are

Elevate Coaching (“we”) runs the enquiry form on start.teamelvt.com and checkout on pay.teamelvt.com. This draft describes what those pages collect. A company name, address and contact email will be added when Gem reviews this page.

What we collect

On the enquiry form we collect the answers you give, your name, email, phone and, if you share it, your Instagram handle. We also store that you agreed to this policy, and the campaign tags on the link you used.

On checkout we collect your name, email and phone, the plan you chose, and the fact that you agreed to the coaching terms. Card details are entered into Stripe and are not stored on our site. Stripe also tells us whether a payment succeeded, failed, was refunded or was disputed.

Why we use it

We use enquiry answers to prepare your call and to book it. We use checkout details to take payment, to send the receipts and onboarding notes you asked for, and to keep a record of the plan you bought. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

Placeholder: enquiry and payment records are kept for as long as we are working with you, and then for the period our accountant and insurer require. The exact retention periods need Gem’s review.

Who else sees it

Our booking and contact tools, and Stripe for payments, process this information for us. Instagram is only involved if you choose to follow @teamelvt. A full processor list needs Gem’s review.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we are allowed to. The contact address for those requests will be added in Gem’s review. You can also complain to the ICO.
